Best app for your cosmetics shopping. I place Purple as the No. 1 app compared to other known apps on my list. Too many good things about it- products are on discounted price, lots of offers, free gifts and fast delivery. I once ordered for my friend on her birthday and it reached to her within hours. Since then, I have been impressed. Even if I add so many products in my cart, the total price is so less that it makes me shop more. The free gifts and fast delivery- CHERRY ON TOP !!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Purplle’s delivery service. I had faced a similar delivery issue with a previous order, and I had already complained about it through email. After several months, I placed another order, expecting the issue to be resolved. Unfortunately, the exact same problem happened again. For the past 3 consecutive days, I received messages saying that my order was “Out for Delivery” / “Arriving Today”. However, after some time, the order was marked as “Undelivered”

Very poor customer service. I received the wrong product and have been repeatedly trying to get a refund, but my complaint keeps getting rejected. I was promised a call from a senior representative several times, but no call came. I would not recommend Purplle.Please think twice before ordering from Purplle. I have been trying to get my issue resolved for a week, but I have not received any proper resolution. Based on my experience, I would personally not recommend this app.
